Sacred body cream for ritual baths to attract prosperity.

What is spell cream?

Spell cream works just like an anointing oil or spell oil.

The idea is to infuse a natural body cream with magical ingredients for a specific purpose.  Then, apply the cream to yourself for “wearable” magic.

In this case, we make this cream to adorn ourselves with the energy of abundance, prosperity and to attract success.

Magical Correspondences

I hand selected all the ingredients in this spell cream for their sacredness to success and prosperity.

Mica Powder

Mica is a naturally occurring mineral.

For thousands of years, ancient civilizations, including the Egyptians, Chinese, Greek and Aztec societies used colorful mica to colorize pottery, make makeup and create works of art.

Its energy is both sacred and useful.

In general, mica powder is a great way to use color magic in handmade ritual bath products.

For this cream, the color green symbolizes healthy finances, growth and increased success.

Mint

Mint vibrates with many magical properties useful to spell craft.

Perhaps most famously, witches use mint as an abundance herb in spells, rituals and magic.

As a bonus, when added to skin products, its cooling, tingly sensation feels refreshing and sharpens mental focus.

Eucalyptus

Like mint, eucalyptus is a versatile herb in spell craft.

For this spell cream, we add eucalyptus to clear away old thinking patterns that often stand in the way of fresh ideas.

Thinking in new ways is key to breaking through plateaus that stall success and slow progress.

Almond Oil

This skin-nourishing oil comes from a classic abundance ingredient.

Most often used in kitchen magic, almonds promote the bounty of hard work and the realization of dreams.

As a bonus, quick-absorbing almond oil tends to feel less greasy on the skin than olive or coconut.

Shea Butter

A rich, plant-based fat, shea butter symbolizes decadence and opulance.

Include it in this spell cream to nourish skin and “fatten” your wallet.

Ingredients

-1/2 cup shea butter

-1/2 cup almond oil

-2 tablespoons beeswax

-2 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder

-30 drops peppermint essential oil

-15 drops eucalyptus essential oil

optional:  teaspoon green micah powder (for color)

Step 1

In a double boiler or small pot over very low heat, melt beeswax.  Add in shea butter, stirring constantly.

Add almond oil.

Remove from heat.

Step 2

Add eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, arrowroot powder and cornstarch or arrowroot powder.

Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 3

Allow to cool slightly.

If you want a fluffier cream, you can put it in a blender for 30 seconds to whip it.

Pour it into a clean glass jar.

Give the cream 24 hours to fully set before use.

Ideas to Use Your Spell Cream

Once you make your spell cream, store it and use it for up to a year.  Here’s some ideas.  Try applying this cream:

-Before a job interview or while job hunting.

-When going to a meeting with your boss to inquire about a raise or promotion.

-Every day for the first month of starting a new business.

-To overcome success plateaus or when you feel “stuck” in a professional rut.

-When seeking inspiration for fresh ideas to gain new ground in business and financial affairs.

-Before going to the bank to ask for a loan or reduced interest rate.
